We are a group of the Lord’s saints meeting to worship God and edify one another. We only accept the Bible as the word of God. All scripture is the inspired word of God as it tells us in 2 Timothy 3:16. “All scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.”

We accept the Bible just as it is, exactly what it claims to be-God’s divine word. The New Testament is our only standard of authority, and Jesus Christ is our Lord. We are completely independent of any organization and we are non-denominational. We are also independent of other churches of Christ. The bible tells us in Colossians 1:18 that Christ is the head of the church. “And he is the head of the body, the church…”

Our Leadership

Our congregation has elders who oversee the flock here. We have deacons who assist them. All these men have been appointed by our members, 1 Timothy 3:1-16. The Lord’s treasury is to be spent on teaching the gospel. Christ was a very simple man as he lived here on this earth. The church he instituted is also very simple. We don’t aim to entertain or amuse those who attend. We are just a body of Christians helping to lead the way to Jesus Christ as God’s Son, THE HOPE OF THE WORLD! Even though we have a full time gospel preacher working with us, it is the duty of all to preach the gospel. “ 19 Go ye therefore, and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them into the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit:” (Matthew 28:19)
